Quick Update

Its been awhile since I last update my blog. Let me see, what is new since that day...

1) Started working. So far so good, making some mistakes but my seniors are nice and patient with me =)
2) Meeting quite a lot of new faces from work.
3) House got broken into XD
4) Attended my first company's Annual Dinner =)
5) Car got hijacked by sis again, so carpooling with a friend now. Such a nice person =)
6) CFA Level 1 exam is coming up... have not finish studying, 1/3 of the way there... still need to do practice questions.
7) Going to rotate to my next department soon.

What else...

Been trying desserts and some food around, has its ups and downs.

All in all, life has been pretty well the past 3 months or so.

"Treasure Hunt"

Came back from uni after 1)"studying". Bought mille crepe from Nedeje on the way back. Not bad. Received a text asking me to participate in this 2)"treasure hunt" in and around Sunway Giza. Seeing that the weather was 3)"good", I 4)"decide to sign up".  All in all it took me about 30 minutes before I found the 5)"treasure".

Finally watched Amazing Grace last week after a friend of mind recommended it to me 3 years ago XD. Not bad.
Also watched Django Unchained, My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, and quite a number of other movies.

Read and finished the Divergent Trilogy. In my opinion, first book is not bad, second not that nice and the third is quite nice. Thanks to Wei Mae for her generosity in lending me the books, saving me $$$.

On another note, I felt a smile came across my face as I saw the nasi lemak stall in SS15 open. Just a bubble of joy spreading through me XD

So many series seems to be popping out now / coming to my attention.

World Cup - England against Italy (1-2).... Interesting first half. Both sides played well. Second half, Italy seemed to have the upper-hand.

Just my personal thoughts, "God loves all unconditionally.". I guess I could agree with that statement. However I will have to disagree with "God forgives all unconditionally.". The way I see it, one will need to ask for forgiveness and repent for Him to forgive us for our sins. That is the condition is it not?

My Life as a Jobless Person...

Bought some books from Book Excess at Amcorp Mall last Tuesday... Feeling delighted
Followed by badminton which I hope to make it a weekly thing in replacement for Saturday's basketball.
Pampered myself on Thursday while I sent my car in for Waxing. KFC for breakfast, Green Tea Frappe while reading "Not A Penny More, Not A Penny Less".
Made curry, from scratch. Buying all the fresh ingredients instead of those ready made paste... From red curry ended up becoming yellow curry. Was lacking something though. Probably the shrimp paste XD

I say to myself, it is only material goods. I would like to think that the time spent and the things I have learned were real.

Thinking back, I have done similar things, and I had my reasons for doing so. I wonder what the reason is for that person

Got back on the 16th January, unpacked and realize that the number of clothes that I have here as compared to what I brought to Adelaide is 3x XD
Been catching up with friends, some of them have changed... well guess people really change with time...
Slowly getting used to the weather over here again.
Missing Adelaide XD... where everything was so convenient as I lived in the city.
But hey, it is good to be back... and yet, I still feel so distant... I am seriously thinking too much...

CNY this year, went back to Seremban. Going to Cameron Highlands...

Upcoming soccer match, Liverpool against Arsenal. Game on man. Hope to make it in time XD

2014...

First post in 2014...

A few days back, I had a similar dream as the one I had some time back. The one where I was calling out to a bunch of friends. Either they did not hear me, or did not see me or they chose to ignore me but they left.

Dexter... one more season to go. Not bad.

Watched Code Geass again XD still enjoyed it ^_^

Anyway, just like that and another year has gone by... good bye 2013 and hello 2014.

I realized a huge flaw in the dream I just had... It was pretty realistic. Nothing out of the ordinary happened. Its just that I was using a bottle that I obtained in Adelaide but in the dream I was using it although I was still in high school.
