Well for those few who noticed that I was missing and wondered what happened to me, as the tittle mentions, I am in Adelaide. Arrived here on the 15th last month so its been almost a month. A quick update on whats been happening for the duration of the time I have been here.
The first 4 days I stayed at the Blue Galah with four other people which is a backpackers accomodation while we walked around the suburb looking for a more permanent accommodation. To cut things short, shyt happened then so I end up staying with two people who I never knew in Taylors in an apartment in the city. While the others ended up in a uni accommodation which is also in the city. Probably 5-8 mins walk from the place that I am currently staying in.
The following week, attend the international orientation mainly just for the free lunch XD. If you are thinking typical Malaysian, probably you are right. Who knows, I just speak for myself here. On the 22nd of February which is a Friday we went to Glenelg Beach (I may have spelled it wrong. Apologies if I have) which is also part of the international orientation week.
If I remembered correctly, its around this week where we bought our utensils and cookware. Sad case scenario though. In less than four days we manage to make the frying pan rust and in one usage (no joke) which was to cook rice, I manage to make the pot rust XD. Well this is due to improper washing method though so not the product's fault.
Hmmm, March 4th is when classes start. Had little trouble in finding my classes. Nothing much to say here...
Around that time, I guess everybody has settled down.
Random timeline from the day we moved into the apartment, we either go out for food, or cook dinner. So far we had spaghetti, wrap, pan mee, fried rice, chicken rice (lazy style), rice and 3 dishes and maybe one to two more things which I am unable to recall.
On the 8th of March, we finally had fish and chips at a place call Paul's at The Parade (its a street name if you were wondering) to me it was pretty good. The following day, we went to Adelaide zoo. To me it was a waste of money. No offense. Not that there was nothing to see, its just that maybe I went to the one in Sydney if I remember correctly which had way more things to see thats all. The nice thing that made it worth while to me was the area where we could go pet some of the animals ^_^
Up to now, the usual stuff. I have begun to stay at home and watch anime and Running Man instead of going out like the first 2 weeks of arriving here. As for Running Man, I am at episode 84 I think. Where Big Bang made their appearance. Still got quite a number of episode before the latest one but no rush, at most I guess I will watch 1 episode a day. As for anime, I watched Btoom! (again, correct spelling I hope). I like that anime as well as Brave 10 which was pretty okay.
Then as for yesterday, went to a friend's place to have a quick celebration of her birthday. Nothing huge just something simple but hey its the thought that counts right? =)... Yea, I brought a bottle of wine over. Pewsey Vale, Eden Valley Riesling vintage 2012. It wasn't bad but not really to my liking. For some reason I decide to finish it since not many of them drink, so probably I had almost half of the bottle? It was not a large bottle though. And yea, my legs became wobbly XD. guess that was my limit. Came back and slept after confessing again and now I feel way better.
Thats about it I guess. Now for some random stuff as usual. I realize something about myself. I enjoy seeing other people's misconception / grasp of the situation. I find it entertaining as I play along and lead them down the wrong path. Well certain people who caught my interest. Others I do not really care. Evil? probably... but I believe that in the end, I am the one who ends up as the fool XD. A spider trapped in own web XD
Another thing which I actually knew quite some time back and I think I am just repeating it here. I know for a fact that I am an introvert. Likely that is not really a good thing. But still I am "too lazy" to bother to try and change. Related to that, I believe girls normally like guys who can take the lead, talk confidently, make jokes at appropriate time and be serious when needed, listen compassionately when needed and most importantly is be themselves. Knowing that, I still do not bother to try to improve myself for that one person. Cause of that could be laziness, lack of motivation, no possibility of it happening so I do not bother. This leads back to lack of motivation I guess. Sad thing here, if one enters with the mindset that is negative, such as it won't work or I am going to fail, higher chance for that to actually happen. At least that is what I think.
Finally, dearest Wei Mae, if you do see this, one of my aims when I arrived in Adelaide was honestly to let you go. Quite contradicting to what I messaged you right? I am seriously very very curious here ^_^. Out of all the possible actions that you could have taken in the past between us, what made you choose what you chose. All the constant annoyance and still you can bare with it? I find it very interesting / intriguing ^_^
Hey there! I didnt know you are in Aussie. Guess it had been a long time since we last met. Anyway, what are you doing there? And when will you be back? x)
